What to Expect in the Build Process
​
Exodus Builds keeps our pricing simple by separating the cost of the van itself and the cost of your build. This allows you to choose your van chassis with the color, option package, safety features, and other technology while the conversion cost remains separate. This also allows you to choose a new van or something
pre-owned (2019+ only).

– Using our relationship with Mercedes Benz, and for an additional fee, we can assist in the purchasing, pickup and delivery of the van for the best price.

Once you fill out the inquiry form below, we will contact you to set up a free consultation call to discuss your build further.

Onboarding
Once you've decided to move forward with your conversion, you'll be sent a Build Agreement to be signed and an invoice for the $5,000 non-refundable build deposit. This deposit is applied to the build cost and reserves your place in our production schedule, allowing us to dedicate our time to pre-production.
03.
Final Build Sheet and Pricing
Once fully onboarded, you will be scheduled a session to finalize your build sheet. This will be the finalization of the build decisions discussed during the initial meetings. We will work closely with you to develop the build to meet your needs as well as finalize the pricing once finished.

Payment Schedule

Material Deposit: Shortly after your build session is complete and approved, a material deposit invoice will be sent. This will enable us to procure the necessary components and materials for your build.

Progress Payments: After the material deposit, there will be three interim progress payments and a final payment containing the balance due.

Final Payment and Completion: The final payment is due upon completion of the build.
05.
Delivery
This is the BEST part!
It is recommended to take delivery in person at our shop so a walk through detailing the features and details. Alternatively, we can have the finished van delivered to your door at the rates/ fees provided by the transporter and, once delivered, we will schedule a video walk through.
